We built a centralised Softr database as the system of record, then layered Softr user interface and application logic on top to create intuitive interfaces for each user role. The result was a single platform where data flows naturally and processes execute without manual intervention. Softr's native workflow tool was used strategically to amplify effect and reduce manual overhead in communications and operational setup.
